The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Make sure your EUP version is supported by configs. I mean if you have EUP 9.3 (free version) and you installing config for 9.6(version from patreon), you probebly will get that kinda issue. But If I'm not mistaken it's LSPDFR cops near station, not the UB one, so you may try to install/reinstall EUPFR (Basic or Ultimate), or EUP itself.

    It worked thanks a lot just some outfits seem to be a bit different still as HRT has a gasmask now but ill just use EUP menu since peds are normal too
