I just installed GTA 5 and i'm following the video for install LSPDFR.

I followed everything, bu when i'm launching RAGE PluginHook and GTA.

RAGE tells me slow system or insufficient permissions or bad antivirus : i've got Mc Afee 

and my computer is new:

Please add the whole gta folder as an exception in your antivirus.

 

Then make sure User, System & Admin has all permissions, right click on the gta folder, go to properties and then permissions and make sure those have all hooks activated.

 

You can try to start rph with administrator permissions, too.

Last I checked, you can't add exceptions with McAfee (which is the av the OP said they had). It's what makes it the worst anti-virus out there, arguably. What they can  do is revert back to Windows Defender, then add the exception, then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart their PC.

If that still isnt working for them, they should consult pages 3-5 in the RPH FAQ.

Do you think it can stop with GTA 4? If i'm playing to LSPDFR on GTA 4?

GTA 4 I know has its own set of issues in relation to modding. Additionally, updates are no longer being pushed out officially for LCPDFR.
