How to disable help messages

Featured Replies

I've been searching for the setting to disable them since I use stop the ped and it is very annoying seeing the traffic stop help menu pop up every time I try. Is there a disable tips/help setting or no?

There is a way to disable in-game notifications via the GTA V settings. There are also various plugins that no longer display these messages.

Keep in mind, however, that you will receive informative messages via these notifications, including Callout infos

If you still want to deactivate the feeds at the beginning, this plugin (https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/43217-thefeedflusher-no-more-annoying-notifications/) may help you.

If you mean another ingame notification, please send a screenshot.

No i mean the "press [Button] to open traffic stop menu" or "press Y to accept callout" thing

If it was possible to disable, you could find it here. If it isn't listed here, it's not possible. Best you would have at that point is disabling the UI/help via the game settings.

Fairly old topic, but would love to see this added into the lspdfr config at least.  I think after 10 years, help messages should be a on / off type of setting in the config.  Please don't respond with "Well you can turn off notifications in the .... "  nah, not an option.
