Hello,

 

I would be playing LCPDFR and i would pull someone over or respond to a callout and the roads and buildings would dissapeer and not come back.Can someone tell me whats wrong?

    Your computer probably isn't suited for GTA IV. What's the specs of your pc. To me, it sounds like the game is having a texture loss due to the fact that the game requires a ton of resources, and your computer can't handle the load of the game. BUt make sure that you have the ingame graphics settings set to what will give you the best balance between performance and graphics quality.
