It keeps saying out of game memory not sure how to fix it

Try to disable mods folder by renaming it to _mods, and play a while. If you will not get crash, then some of mods causing it, try to revert changes or you always can start a new fresh mods folder.

If you still get crash with mods folder disabled, verify game files.

 

Also make sure you have all of these installed: gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjust.

_mods works but im not sure what could be causing the problem and I have all those installed.

I see you have latest GTAV version, do you have mods folder updated as well (just in case if you installed mods before Chop Shop update)?

Just a heads up, if the mods folder wasn't updated, it would crash on startup. By the looks of the log, it's crashing mid game.

What I would suggest if mods to _mods works:
1. Try installing the configs that were linked above.
2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal.
3. If you still can't find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
