LSPDFR how to remove all ambients events

So I've been playing LSPDFR recently and need help getting rid of all ambient events. This heavily impacts my FPS. ive disabled most of the lspdfr.ini file, and they still appear.

I constantly get "Ped xxx has become idle again" or "removing ped from cruiseawareofentity#1" I would also like to disable the preloading random vehicles and "Preloading Mp_freemode_01" at the bottom of the RPH log.

I will provide a log of my RPH if anyone can help.
