The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My lspdfrfirstresponce.dll keep crashing in the loading screen

1. Make sure you are manually installing LSPDFR and the dll and pdb has been installed into Plugins.
2. Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again.

interesting it seems to be something within my mod folder because the game works fine now I wonder what mod could be causing this is it perhaps NVE or the did Install the car to the wrong pathcday (I did pathcday20ng)

It could be anything really. You can remove what you have added recently and test after each removal or you can restart the mods folder entirely.

If it does happen to be NVE, you can always ensure you have installed the LSPDFR Compatibility Patch.
