Das ganze ist ein wenig komplizierte als es zunächst erscheint.
Vorab brauchst du natürlich ein deutsches EUP Paket (Empfehle dir das von @MaxDesigns) sowie EUPMenu.

 

Du erstellst dir einige Outfits die du als Uniformen für die NPCs haben willst und speicherst sie in der wardrobe.ini über das EUPMenu.
Danach öffnest du die wardrobe.ini in ./Plugins/EUP/ und kopierst jeweils ein Segment in dieses Tool. Den Output von der LSPDFR Spalte kannst du für alle standard LSPDFR Dateien nutzen (dazu weiter unten mehr), den Output aus der UltimateBackup spalte benutzt du für das UB Plugin (sofern du das benutzt).

Innerhalb der LSPDFR config Dateien sieht es wie folgt aus: 
Die NPCs die in Los Santos durch LSPDFR gespawnt werden (Ambient NPCs) werden in der agency.xml konfiguriert. 
Die NPCs aus dem Backup Menü von LSPDFR werden in der Backup.xml konfiguriert.
