    Well I don't think so, your RPH log clearly says that "item with the same key has already been added." Which can mean that EUP Menu has been loaded already, and you try to load it again, so it's crashed (maybe your RPH settings have more then one option of loading EUP menu), but you can try remove outfit pack to test it out.
