I installed a fresh new LSPDFR game folder with rage plugin hook from LSPDFR website. First thing I ran into is the rage plugin hook provided in the download was not a supported version. Not a problem downloading the supported rage plugin hook from the website. after installing it, rage plugin keeps crashing on load up screen. No mods, plugins, or scripts are added. Just a fresh install with LSPDFR. Can anyone help me with this?

RagePluginHook has yet to be updated. And the site version is very outdated. Please wait for the update.

You are using an unsupported version of GTA V:

Product version: 1.0.2944.0

 

As of today, GTA V just released another update; you may have noticed the red banner on the home page, stating that LSPDFR and RPH require an update to support the latest version of GTA V (1.0.3095.0).

 

Once the above-stated are updated, you shall proceed with updating GTA V, and install LSPDFR via manual install.

Minor grammar issues

Thanks for the responses. I have always been able to use version lspdfr v 2372 with no problem. I have not played in a while, but I decided to get back on. I was able to play with that version, but I noticed very bad glitches during game play. I decided to start fresh again with a new install. I was able to play with the new install one time until I tried to use the f4 command prompt and the game will automatically crash. Now, the game will not even load with even with a new install. I do keep copies of everything so when the game does an update, I can revert back to my old game copy, so I do not need to update and drive myself crazy every 3 months rockstar decides to annoy us with updates. Again, it has always worked and now something is making this crash all the time. I just wanted to see if anyone knew how to fix it. I will eventually get it, but I would like some guidance to speed up the process.

LSPDFR versions need to match the game version you are playing. This is because LSPDFR versions are tuned (e.g. memory offsets) to the exact version of GTA they were released with. This is the reason that LSPDFR receives compatibility patches every GTA update. The LSPDFR 0.3.x series is the last version of LSPDFR which does not depend on game version compatibility.

 

Using old versions or downgraded versions of GTA is not supported by us for this reason.

I understand. I'm not sure if I am explaining this right but I'll try again. I'm using version 2944 with rage plugin hook that supports and runs version 2944. It starts like normal but just crashes when it says loading in game world. ill run it again and upload a new log. I am not sure if the log uploaded was a bad one. Give me a sec

RagePluginHook.logThis is the latest log. Line 85 states "supported version detected" that means rage and gta v.exe files are compatible because both are for v 2944. The log won't say where the error is for some reason though. Thats why I am posting this issue on here.

You are explaining it right and we understand you. Like Cyan said, we do not provide support for old/reverted versions of GTA.
