A few things to do:
 

1. Set your PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000. You can do that by clicking on the ⚙️ icon on the RPH splash screen

2. Update: CrazyPursuits, Riskier Traffic Stops, SpecialCallouts, 
3. Remove: AutomaticSirenCutout (No longer maintained, may not work as intended), TrafficPolicer (Could also try updating it here).
4. Move CalloutInterfaceAPI to your main directory instead of Plugins/LSPDFR

Thanks for the answer, I did what you wrote but still encountered an error.The game crashes with three beeping sounds.

Make sure you add your GTA directory to your antivirus exception.

If that doesn’t help, try to rename the LSPDFR folder inside of the plugins folder to _LSPDFR and go on duty.

Bit more to add on to the remove/update list:
1. Update: Hypers Callouts, Definitive Callouts, Ultimate Backup, and Urban Callouts.
2. Remove: belic Callouts, Clean Up The Mess, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), County Callouts, Crazy Pursuit (abandoned, known to cause issues), Felix's Callouts, JM Callouts Remastered, LP Callouts, Regular Callouts, S136 Callouts, University Callouts.

I did this and deleted this file from the main folder, but new errors appeared. This file is in the Plugins/LSPDFR folder.

As for the error in your screenshot, ensure you have CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll in your main directory.

Have you removed/updated the plugins as bastion said?

Apparently I translated it incorrectly, I thought that you wrote that this file should only be in one place. I'm sorry.

Thank you for your help. Tell me, why did the “Clean Up The Mess” plugin need to be removed? I found it good for removing cars when a lot of NPCs run away due to shots.

It's abandoned and known to cause crashes.
