you can also check your settings and increase the screen res and apply them.

 

You mean in game? If your talking about in game, it doesn't let me put up my resolution.

If you have a commandline make sure you don't have "Resolution 800X600" in it.

 

Where is the command line?

commandline.txt can be located in the ROOT GTA IV directory, but if you don't know what it is, I doubt you have it as it is not there by default, but I recommend you downlaod drives for you monitor and make sure you are using the latest NVIDIA drivers.

What drives do you recommend? 

 

 

I downloaded the latest driver for my GPU and it didn't do anything.
