I had to reinstall GTA again after a EMB damage my game, and some how my back up. And after a little bit of the instillation I get this 

 

 

 

 

I'm using a  CD copy of the game because I cannot get the steam one. So any Idea how I can fix this

The DVD is broken. I don't see how you can fix it. Try cleaning it I guess.

I have cleaned it still doesn't work. I going to have to buy a new copy right

Most likely, I have 2 copies of the complete collection. Because the first copy stopped working after about a month.

I got a new copy and Installing it now, Ill let you know what happens
