The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It can be one of two things:

1. Your game UI is turned off and you need to turn it on in the game settings.
2. You are using a custom mini-map/map and the minimap is broken.

    Or, you are missing textures and half of the map is missing. 

     

    You have to elaborate on "not loading the map." What do you mean by that? Can you describe the issue in complete sentences with details?
