But you also have a 'corrupted' INI-file
Command line option "ignoreDifferentVideoCard" is specified twice. Please remove one.
You should remove one string.
Otherwise you crash silently with no information about your installed add-ons.
If you have a mods-folder, try renaming it _mods as a last attempt
