Some buttons are not working like "N" for the Pursuit Menu, and "B" for the Backup menu sometimes. Please help when I hit the "B" button opening the send message dialog box. Some plugins also do not work like:- ELS, AxonSignal_v1.2.52.42920.

And have you checked what the key-setups are?
You need to check both LSPDFR  and GTAV key-setup
The conflict could also be in one of your plugins.
If so, most plugin has a .INI-file where you can control the keys for specific functions
If this does not help Please drag this file

'B' is default LSPDFR's Backup-menu
If one or more installed plugin uses B for other features, you should choose a different key and enter that in the plugin-INI-file.
If the plugin does not have an INI-file, consider to not use it.
