Hey all, complete newbie here, literally installed a few hours ago but considering i have booted the plugin up and played before trying to fix one of two issues below, it's not an issue with the installation.

trying to reboot though i had issue #1, the main one im here for, it just blackscreens with "Insufficent permissions or bad antivirus", which, i literally uninstalled my antivirus to deal with and have also given it all permissions, it also cannot be "slow system" i've followed the advice given in the frequent bugs, so any help? or should i just call it a day and uninstall?

Issue 2 is a lot less important, but any and all help still appreciated, whenever i load the plugin, successful or blackscreen, it doesn't full screen, rather taking up about 1/4 of the screen, and of course GTA being GTA, you can't click the maximise button at the top of the screen.

'all' Meaning that you have selected all files in GTAV-folder and created exceptions for them?? AND that you also said Yes to the list of files that RPHook showed when you made first installation?
(Did you get such a list?)
 

The screen thing should be a setting selection in GTAV not! in LSPDFR

So... ESC| Settings |  Graphics | Screen Mode -Select your preferred display mode, restart.

Ok, so by giving it all permissions i mean RAGE plugin has been given all permissions through the properties and by running as administrator. I didn't actually get a list of the plugins it needed further, but i might as well reinstall and could get back to you on this.

The bug with the screen is likely that, just found it weird since i never had it booting up on steam, thanks.

No not plugins, its a list of files belonging to RPHook

Well, trying to reinstall now (just reinstalling GTA since im uncertain which files are which), on the last time I pressed "yes" which i'll presume i was meant to do, but i didn't actually edit the blocked parts.

Not that i want to shake a finger patronizing, but there is a rule-of-thumb for any type of MOD-usage. DO make a record of the vanilla installation before you do any modding.
(The high-end of this rule is to make a complete vanilla back-up, but all games does not allow that... Publishers are 'funny' bed-fellows that way 😕  )

Well, having now reinstalled GTA fully, so no worries about that (and feel free to wave the patronizing finger, im a bit of a muppet) here's what RAGE Is giving, same as yours, so, should just be sorting out the admin on it, im unsure in all honesty, but i'll keep trying, the screen issue has been sorted, so thats some good news.

Ok, so, problem solved? 

I have no idea what i did, or how i did it, but it's working well, so thanks.
