I just downloaded LSPDFR. i have no mods/ plugins install just the original LSPDFR. The problem is when i try to launch RagePluginHook. When I lanch the RagePluginHook it's just crashes. I have no ide why, but need help. I have also tried reinstalling sometimes.

I don’t have I RagePluginHook.log because the RagePluginHook crashes before I get into the game. I have a video showing what is happening.

Seems like your antivirus is removing RPH. Add an exception for it.

I can see that you let windows register the files as safe, and that is correct!
But then you should select 'save & launch', however the launch part is not the best way, but do this
After you have accepted the files windows should list as safe, click safe & launch -the green button

Now RPH will attempt to launch GTAV, but that will fail, the first time you see a cancel, choose that.
Launch is now aborted!

I am simply not sure if all are supported, but one thing i can see is this

That is outdated, Current newest is 1.9.2
It should be linked in this-pages DL-section.
..So
Start by making that update, and retry.
Then if it does not fix the crash-issue, then general method for troubleshooting is to disable all mods, and then add them in sequence each with a new test-run
But if you know when the fail was introduced and also know you added a MOD just before, then testrun without that newly added mod
I have noted these as not updated:

* AutomaticSirenCutout
* Section136Callouts

That could be *wrong*! The author may have updated after i made my note
