The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Rage opening GTAV via steam but just loading me to the regular game

hello! I have been playing using ragehook to start my game via steam but now when i select the rage file it opens via steam but open regular gtaV instead of gtaV through ragehook. here is my main directory. 

Could contain: text, screenshot, document, font

That is not the best way.
First start GVAV
Select STORY-MODE
After that is completely loaded use ALT-TAB and browse to your RAGE-pluginHook.exe (or its shortcut)
Activate RAGE
A few secd later the screen will be completely black
Click on it anywhere
GTAV-map-view opens
Wait for the cursor to blink constantly
Press ESC
A few seds later, a message is shown in low right "LOADING LSPDFR"
Your player-character will now shift to your created police-person in civilian clothe
You can now go to a police station and in the locker you can choose to go to duty, or
Just bring down console (f4) and type forceduty
That will change your character to you defined police-officer
This always works, if you do not have flawed plugins
