I uploaded my own converted version of ocrp's postal code map. I gave credit to other creators like opus and Venoxity. I gave there links in the readme and only used there ini's not there dll's. I also made sure to add a update version and bug fixes for the minimap. I had even taken the 2.0.0 version down and re-uploaded it and its still pending.

It's status in Pending is dependent on Moderator availability. You will simply have to wait until one becomes available.

I also have this kind of problem where I posted an Audio mod almost 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been approved. I also did not recieved a message if there would be any problems with it. Is it possible that my mod got "forgotten" by any chances? I also uploaded a second Audio mod 2-3 days ago and also not a response. Does it usually take so long? I only uploaded texture files so far which got approved in a term of 5-10 minutes maximum.

There are no audio mods pending approval and you have not uploaded any under this account.

I wouldn't know, I'm not Moderation. I know that their Moderators have a lot going on outside the site so it may take a bit for the post to be approved.
