The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

today when i play gta v when  i was driving in los santos a 4 cars spawn  near me and try kill me. (its not fault simple trainer) pls help me and when im driving in paleto bay or sandy shores no cars spawn same in paleto bay nothing pls help me.

OfficerChris1 sorry but i can't install 100% save game becuse i doing gta v first time and i wanna do all story mission

To expand on what Will mentioned,  double check that your Keybinds are not enabled on Simple Trainer.  

Play the game a bit until you are off of a mission and no cinematic cut scenes.  When you are on free roam, that is the best opportunity to pull up your cell phone and make a save point.  The game will load from that last save point.
