The link for ELS is here. You want version 1.05.

Just saw that you were looking for EVL and not ELS.

I checked the site linked and couldn't find anything on that.

I recommend simply using ELS in it's place. It pretty much functions the same as EVL.

Unfortunately, if it isn't found anywhere on Google, it probably isn't available to the public anymore. You could try finding a vehicle you like with only blue lights.

My memory of how ELS works is a little faded (I much prefer the default lighting system in GTA V), but I'm pretty sure you can do this by customizing the stages for your vehicle in the vcf file. Do you have a link to the model you're trying to do this with?

Yes, but I tried to change the parameters in the vcf, I need that at the first stage of the flashers only the blue flasher (without red) turns on and flashes, and at the second or third stage the blue and red flashers turn on and flash

Look at this video from 15 seconds, there is a Toyota Prius with only blue flashers turned on without red ones

Haven't ever seen one besides the one which you linked which appears to be no longer available.

Like I said already, your best bet is an all blue lighting car. Otherwise, not much more can be done.

I know what the video is showing. But what I am saying is that it appears that script is no longer available. So if you haven't found an alternative, you are simply out of luck.

It is that script as the video you linked is the showcase for it.

No it doesn't exist anymore, at least on the English sites that I see. You will have to manually edit your ELS files, but not much else we can do for you since EVL doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Его нет, если этот сценарий больше не доступен. Вы просто должны принять это. Либо используйте стандартное освещение, ELS, DLS, либо полностью синее освещение. Это варианты.

Which you will never get. So stop focusing on the script.

You can either do what Pyro said or be content with the lights you have now.

Yes. Because the name of the video was the script name and them testing it. I'm 100% sure.

So looking back, EVL has not been around since 2015.
As for the vehicle on the TikTok, looks like it uses ELS but they don't have any links to it. So we are as clueless where to find it as you.
