anyone knowing a nice ENB or timecyc for NYPD thats what im driving with and i really need a cool ENB/timecyc not to big lets say MEDIUM but it need to have a good shine effect and some effects for the ELS

it wasent so good i tryed it out i even changed my screen resulation but it didnt changed
