Els not working only taillights flashing ive tried everything

My els isnt working only the tail lights flash and the cruise lights no other lights come on ive tried everything to find out the problem and havent had any luck.

    it just started at the start of the weekend and its for both the replacement cars and the one add on i have

    Could you show me your Main Game directonary, your ELS Folder and your Vehicle, Vehicle XML and Meta File space please.
