you guys pleaseeeee communicate with me , i uploaded files on MOndayyyy and im still pending approval !!!! .. mean while i still see new vehicle models uploaded on a daily basis . its my first time uploading here but damn why is it taking so long for some one to finally approve my files ???

Your file was not approved as you didn't read our File Guidelines nor read the orange warning during the upload process.

Crap ... i just Re-read the orange warning and now that you mention it youre absolutely right  ... it clearly says if i only made livery or texture NOT to upload to "vehicle models" but to upload it under "vehicle textures instead" ... that explains a whole lot. i truly apoligize Cyan... two questions tho : what if i get full authorization from vehicle model owner to upload ? How would i let the system know that i got permission from the owner ? .... im only asking because i really want to be able to upload to vehicle models ... and question number 2 ... am i not allowed to upload a second file while another file is still pending approval ? .... im asking because while i was waiting to be approved , i tried uploading another file and every time i clicked "submit file" nothing happened

You can't upload vehicle textures into the models section, because thats what they are - textures. It doesn't matter if you get permission from the owner or not.
