My partner killed one running away suspect with knife, not with weapon. How can i change this setting to attack armed suspect only? Not only for my partner, backup cops too.

im not sure if this is a lspdfr thing or a ultimate backup thing, but when i have a gun out , my backup / partner has a gun out, when i have a taser out, my backup / partner have a taser out, so maybe try that

I was tasing fighting suspects but he was shooting one suspect with knife.

It is a built in mechanic to lspdfr. As of the moment it is impossible to change this. Hopefully this was able to help you out!

I think AI is spotting melee things as weapon right?(knife, bat) I guess thats why they are shooting knife suspects.

Correct, the mechanic is built into GTA V itself as well. Unless you can find a way to change that, which I highly unrecommend, there is no way to change it. Though you could go search for a script that changes it. But I personally doubt there is anything like that currently.
