I tried running lspdfr today but it would not start, saying my game is outdated. Then when I tried running game without the plugin it still didn't work. Can anyone please help me, I have screenshots.

RagePluginHook isn't compatible with the new version of Grand Theft Auto V, you need to wait for the updated version of RagePluginHook to be released.

So it will not work today?

typically takes around a week. I'd recommend just checking once or twice a day for the RPH update to release.

You can extrapolate an estimated time by looking at how long past updates took.

Also my main game (without the plugin hook) does not work either. If you look at my 3d screenshot it shows what happens when I run GTA without the plugin hook. So my whole game basically doesn't work. 

I fixed this by opening rage plugin hook and reverting my game. This still did not let me play so then I went into an older backup I had and dragged the following 4 files into my GTA directory. This should fix your game as well.

 

The new RPH was updated fast but for new players you will still have to wait for alexander to update script hook before you can play with mods - Last update it took about 4 days and all depends on Alexanders current situation so as always w will just have to be patient - I got caught out myself as was doing a fresh instal at the time of the update.

I don't think I have game backups.

And what did you mean by reverting your game?

Could you message me when the new ScriptHook V update will come out? or will there be a lspdfr notification

just go to google, and google scripthookv. You will see a site that says dev-c blah blah blah.

Ok, I managed to get scripthookv downloaded but RPH still isn't working. I keep getting this.

You need to update RPH by reinstalling LSPDFR (where the latest RPH is included).
