  1. againstallodds's post in Any Add-On seems to crash my game version 2824 was marked as the answer   
    i figured it out. when i was dragging my gameconfig.xml to my gta i was doing it while inside of the zip and open IV doesnt allow you to do that. it looked like it worked but it seems it just blocks it without giving any errors. thank you for the effort you put in to help
