Remove in Plugins/LSPDFR;

ALPR Traffic Cameras;
Custom Pullover;
Heli Assistace;

Officerporciplugin.

 

Those are just outdated plugins. Relaunch your game, if it crashes send a new log. I am thinking it is Grammar Police causing the crash as it was the last thing running.

    Okay I will try it out. Something I did forget to mention is that ComPuLite loads fine and then I get a message saying ComPuLite failed to load restart LSPDFR.  Could that be a issue?

    CompuLite: Problem on Loading Citations.xml: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\CompuLite\Citations.xml'.

    Perform a clean install of Compulite and make sure the is actually in the right spot

    The same happens with Charges.xml.
