Hi,
I recommend removing AssortedCallouts and EasyLoadoutContinued as they are outdated and potentially malfunctioning.
Also, remove PragmaticCallouts. That pack has been labelled as broken by the developers.

Make sure you properly put IPT.Common.dll from the ProwlerRadar download in the main directory. 
Also, ensure you have a fully up-to-date version of RageNativeUI which you can find here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
To install this, drag and drop the RAGENativeUI.dll into your main directory. You don't need any of the other files such as the .xml or the license file.

If you are still having issues after these steps, please report back with a new log.

Yes I did everything that you said but it's still the same. This happened after I installed some new callouts and replaced vehicle's siren, I did that throught OpenIV and the file is called RESIDENT.rpf, I even downloaded the default RESIDENT.rpf because I thought that's what is causing the crash but still the same! I will link the new log file, if someone know's what's the issue it would be great if not f it 😕

Your crash is still related to Prowler Radar. Please fully re-install it and give it another go.

Additionally, if you wanted to continue using Assorted Callouts, the updated one by Aschtar should be working just fine. Link found here.
