RPH creating suspicious errors?

Okay so i know that rph is flagged unsafe but for the past few years its been fine but today i launched through rph and it didnt launch and i instantly got a msg from windows defender with a threat so i removed it. i launched again and the same happened. are these false posotives or am i in trouble? TrojanWin32/Phonzy.A!mI was the detected so idk just looking for answers already asked around so.

RPH does not contain any malware. I'd suggest adding an exception of the entire GTA folder + the rph exe in particular to your antivirus. Use google to find out how to add exclusions to your AV.
