I would need help implementing a .wav file to a callout pack I made

Hey guys, so basicly I have an issue where I added a line to play a .wav file during the callout. The thing is, is that im not hearing it in game for some reason. If someone could help that would be awesome. I've spent all day looking on forms but they didn't help much. Thanks again.
