^{I am getting a crash as shortly after RPH hooks into the game the screen goes black then crashes. I have uninstalled/reinstalled LSPDFR multiple times, disabled my mods folder did a sfc /scannow and did a memory test to see if i could resolve the issue. I was able to get into the game fully once and started making a character now the game crashes at the same point. the game will load fully in when I load up story mode without RPH.}

Giving more information

I seem to have fixed this by removing all files related to visualV and NVR.
