    Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if LSPDFR will load if it will load you have files installed incorrectly in your mods folder.
  2. Derpystepdad's post in Crash on start up of RPH was marked as the answer   
    I seem to have fixed this by removing all files related to visualV and NVR.
