If you are using EUP you can go into lspdfr\data\custom\agency_addons.xml and remove the agency entries for each of the ones you don't want.

It appears that something is removing the ped and the Felony stop plugin is getting confused. try disabling any clean up plugin you have and seeing if that fixes the issue.

If you are launching the game through the epic games launcher you will have to start GTA 5 first wait until it gets the the black screen and the tab out and start RPH.

If you can get LSPDFR to run after deleting your mods fold you are incorrectly installing mods.

you should not need a separate copy of to play LSPDFR and Fivem as long as any mods you are using are going into a mods folder it shouldn't interfere with FiveM loading.

Can you please provide a copy of your RPH log so that I can verify that stop the ped is fully loading with no errors

Try starting GTA up with out RPH and see if you get low fps if you do you may have to weak of a system for the ammount of custom cars, car skins, and weapon skins you have installed.

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if LSPDFR will load if it will load you have files installed incorrectly in your mods folder.

You need to update your RPH you have the newest version of the game which is shown on this line Installed game version: 2824.0 RPH doesn't support that version which is shown on this line Supported game versions: 2802.0.

I seem to have fixed this by removing all files related to visualV and NVR.

I am getting a crash as shortly after RPH hooks into the game the screen goes black then crashes. I have uninstalled/reinstalled LSPDFR multiple times, disabled my mods folder did a sfc /scannow and did a memory test to see if i could resolve the issue. I was able to get into the game fully once and started making a character now the game crashes at the same point. the game will load fully in when I load up story mode without RPH. RagePluginHook.log
