Yes hello I've been thinking to get this mod but also wanna know something is this illegal to download because me in my past have downloaded a game from a sketchy website and didn't know i was downloading an illegal copy of the game later in the week my internet got quarantined and then got a copyright infringement notice from my ISP and have warned me so i deleted the file and ever since that day i research everything before downloading because they said if i get caught again it is likely that i'll might have to pay a fine and don't want to get in trouble, so again I just want to know if this is illegal?

Yes it’s legal. It’s just a mod. It is useless unless you have a paid copy of GTA 5. 

as the poster said above, in order to run this mod you need the full copy of gta5 so if you dont have gta 5 , there is nothing in this download that will give u the full game

Thank you, i was worried cuz i didnt want to get fined if it goes against gtav copyright use

Modding single-player games is allowed per their policy, but pirating games isn't.
