When i go on-duty i see the red dots and when i open fire they shoot at me for no reason and i'm on the first misson of GTAV and i don't see a reason for this to happen

I turned off the ubrancallouts ambient callouts config but i still have red dots around

You need to play a couple missions until you can free roam in los santos. You won’t be able to play LSPDFR before that. 
 

Alternatively, install a 100% game save. 

I arleady did but didn't work might be something i forgot to od after installing the 100 game safe brb

Hell it still happens i get on-duty and there appears a big red dot and a tiny one if i open fire they will try to kill me idk why

they appear in SUVs and some in gang clothing idk why this is happening.

Can you attach a screenshot from up close of these gang members.

well from what i just saw in the beach area they had suits and in the downtown area they had the green gang clothing

It sounds like you reached the part of the story where Trevor and Michael are banned from the city. Either install the 100% safe or continue the story until T and M are allowed back in the city.

yeah i arleady installed one but doesn't work

No but it looks like you didn't install it correctly. Otherwise it'd be working. Make sure to follow the instructions on the download page carefully.

ok but what do i rename it to it says if it has the same name i have to rename it

In my folder I have one save with the name of SGTA50000 and one SGTA50015. Perhaps try the same?

well the SGTA50015 is the one i have too so i'll try the other one so it would be  SGTA50000 and  SGTA50000.bak?

i renamed it to  SGTA50000 and placed it in the folder but still the gangsters still appear

 

In-game press ESC and go to the game tab. Under load game you have to load the new gamesave.

For some reason it crashes like the rage crash but when i check it all it says at the end is "game has shutdown"

Big news I saw one of the NPCs that would shoot me and I opened fire and he didn't do anything I also got into tome callouts with shootings and I haven't been attacked so I think it's all good btw love your trunk control mod I use it sometimes to RP getting swat gear off the trunk!
