The program will install yes. I cannot guarantee that LCPDFR will now work, but since .net framework 4 is required by LCPDFR and the symptoms you are describing are those of what happens when it isn't installed, It's a step towards troubleshooting the problem. If this works, great! But if not, we can look into alternative solutions.
