Profile Badges

Featured Replies

Just wondering, are the profile badges new? About 2 weeks ago I earned a '1 year joined' badge, even though I have been a member on the site for years. Same goes for posts. I just got a '10 posts' badge. Not a big deal, just wondering why I am getting badges now that are not reflective of my profile. XD Thanks!

They have been a thing for some time now. I guess you have just recently logged on which granted you the role. In my case my 1 year joined badge was assigned in September whereas I joined in August of '20.

I also got "first post" in October although I posted before that a while ago. It's just because it was my latest post since badges were introduced.

Basically, the badge system only activates once you do something in that category. I realized after I made a post, it gave me a bunch of posting badges as I had met the qualifications, but the site just needed post in order to grant them.
