For one I was wondering when I change the skin on my car like the police_sign 1,2,3,4 in game when I try and change the livery in SNT nothing happens to the car it stays the same.

 

My second question is more of a request I was wondering if someone could make me a RCMP uniform or give me a link to a good one. If someone wants to do it then I can send you pictures.

I think you can't change the skin with the SNT (but I think there is a line in the trainer.ini you can change to get it working). Normally, if you spawn the car a few times, the skin will change.

 

And for the second question, I'm sorry, I don't have any custom uniforms

Well what you wanna do is:

• Go to trainer.ini 
• Ctrl+F: Type in livery
• Then you find a text saying VehicleLivery=0
• Change that 0 to 9 like this: VehicleLivery=9
• Now go ingame and then go to the second page in Car Options, theres a button called Car Livery or something like that (it has Livery word in it) then you can freely change the livery.
