LSPDFR not utilizing my GPU resulting in terrible fps

Featured Replies

I am running on a RTX 3070 laptop GPU, with an i7 cpu, and 16gb of ram. When I play story mode, my game is as smooth as butter running at a comfortable 100+ fps with 99% gpu utilization. When I run LSPDFR however, my utilization goes to 40% and below causing my fps to barely touch the 40s. Does anyone have a fix for this? I would love to hear them out.

Can you try this see if it works: Go to Nvidia control panel - Manage 3D settings - Program settings - GTA V - Power Management Mode - Prefer Max Performance

Also, try "Process Tamer" see if it makes a difference: When you're in game, tab out and select GTA V and GTA V Launcher.exe, set priority to high; and under explicit rule, set both to "force high."

NVIDIA GPU setting won't boost FPS for any video games, but it will force GPU to run at full speed in order to fully utilize it.

But, allow me to quote this:

LSPDFR itself is fairly well optimized. It's most likely your other LSPDFR plugins or added content (via mods folder or LML).
