I tried this, but unfortunately it did not work 😞

I am running on a RTX 3070 laptop GPU, with an i7 cpu, and 16gb of ram. When I play story mode, my game is as smooth as butter running at a comfortable 100+ fps with 99% gpu utilization. When I run LSPDFR however, my utilization goes to 40% and below causing my fps to barely touch the 40s. Does anyone have a fix for this? I would love to hear them out.

Everytime I try and change the ELS controls it just defaults the original one. The file says its supposed to be 35(end key) but when I am in game it still defaults to G. I have tried everything from trying to edit it from openIV to trying to edit it with notepad++ and none of it works.
