The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My RPH crashes directly when I go into the game and click on Story Mode. Maybe someone can help me.

I have also renamed the mods folder to _mods, but then the game closes right after I click on Story Mode with no error message.

Looks like I found the problem. I had a modified popgroups and popcycle installed. I removed them and now it seems to work again.
