    LCPDFR is a mod.

    It is very simple to install(all you need is to patch your game) and the installer does the rest!

     

    It is also a great way lern more about computers. I now know so much more than I did when I started.

    Seriously just search some youtube videos about installing gta 4  and lcpd fr mod  and do it step by step as the videos will show you.  

     

    There are some very good videos out there  that help with what your asking.
