It looks like you have ENB installed; this affects how RagePluginHook hooks with GTAV.

Therefore you need to load GTAV without RAGE; only once you are in story mode can you ALT + TAB out and launch, letting it hook.

    Thank so much I uninstalled QuantV to stop making my crash but when I install it again I'll look into this

    I ticked "Enable Custom Backgrounds" and It instantly crashed even though I had the folder correctly and images in 1-12
