Hey.. It's the guys who created the Cincinnati Fire & Rescue pack, First off, I'm sorry about that. That was extremely lazy that I just covered some words and put Cincinnati and it looked awful. Hello!
 
Game crashes on loading screen after launching it with RageHook. I have attached the log.
This situation started after I updated PoliceMenu to the newest release. Not really sure if this has anything to do with it, but maybe somebody can figure out from the log. 
I did everything that was mentioned by the PoliceMenu author in case of game crashes, but still the game crashes. Again, not sure if it has anything to do with it.

first rename your mods folder to _mods and try again.
 
if  this does not  work, try this:
 
 
 
dont forget to rename your mods folder back.

It looks like you have ENB installed; this affects how RagePluginHook hooks with GTAV.
Therefore you need to load GTAV without RAGE; only once you are in story mode can you ALT + TAB out and launch, letting it hook.
