Hello after the gta5 update i installed my eup, but however my decals/ranks are not showing up? i tried to reinstall my eup did not worked i verifyed my game files not worked. I would like to get some help with this issue

I have same problem too.I tried reinstall plugins and EUP and EUP menu itself,add latest lines on mods folders dlclist.xml via open iv,verify game etc but it didn't work for me at all.

I've also found that component 1 and 10 are missing in locker room and EUP menu but mods are downloaded correctly in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\.

is this just a bug or I did something wrong in process.

Funny enough, I noticed this too. I thought it was just a problem with my game, guess not.

after i was asking some people on discord if anyone know why they are not spawning they said it is a problem that anyone has and its caused by the gta5 update and that it has no fix right now

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this!

 

Not sure if this helps anyone looking for clues on how to fix it, but I had the same issue persisting months ago where the decals/chevrons weren't showing, and it turns out my attempts to launch offline (putting "-scOfflineOnly" in the R* launch arguments) was actually causing decals to be invisible. As soon as I removed that tag, they were visible again. Crazy that such a tag would cause the entire component to not show!

so people who uses force offline command may cause that trouble too...

I guess most people are not able to start the game without connecting to Rockstar game launcher and Steam or whatever the platforms they've bought GTA5 from and to start the game through platforms update is necessary and if the game is updated it means they connected online already.

This temporary solution was posted on the comments of the EUP download. More of a hack than an actual fix but it worked for me!

Wait until your displayed name disappears and after that IMMEDIATELY start RagePluginHook. After that all the decals and Insignias should show up on your current character. Keep in mind that you will have to start GTA like this until this issue gets fixed, wich can be annoying sometimes but still better than nothing I guess.

I tried what that guy suggested to do, but it didn't seem to have any effect for me.

 

God I wish they would stop releasing these stupid GTA online cash grab updates for a 10 year old game. LSPDFR is more fun and has more features than the f**king vanilla game.

You need to launch GTA first, then when you get to the black screen of the game launching, press the home key and launch rage and they will appear

I’ve tried the process of launching GTA V story mode then launching RPH afterwards and it worked, but you cannot do traffic stops or respond to call outs.

Incorrect, works perfectly fine. You can still play the game as normal.  Been doing it for several months now.
