    This temporary solution was posted on the comments of the EUP download. More of a hack than an actual fix but it worked for me!

    I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this!
     
    Not sure if this helps anyone looking for clues on how to fix it, but I had the same issue persisting months ago where the decals/chevrons weren't showing, and it turns out my attempts to launch offline (putting "-scOfflineOnly" in the R* launch arguments) was actually causing decals to be invisible. As soon as I removed that tag, they were visible again. Crazy that such a tag would cause the entire component to not show!
