Before the gta 5 update everything was alright, after that i did not touch anything till today, did a lspdfr update & scripthookv etc. 

 

Starting game through steam, (black loading screen) blue mouse circling icon. Then it shuts off without any message. 

 

No extra Anti virus, firewal is closed all the time, windows defender is closed. Drivers are up2date. Did delete mod folder, didn't work. Did re-install the game completly.. Didn't work. No system update, processors & everything runs cool, (Costum water cooling) So no overheating issues. 

 

Any idea's?

so after new reinstalling gta5 did you manage to start it clean before installing scripthook, rage and lspdfr? did you try it more than once? i've faced the same troubles with some small mods. installing a lot of mods and scripts at once seems to be no problem for gta5 but when i change only one single car and make some changes in visualsettings.dat or something like this my game crashes at start, also without any message or helpful logfile. but after the third attempt in row it works flawless again though i haven't changed anything. at one single time it helped me to completely UNINSTALL vga drivers and REINSTALL them new not just update it to the latest patch. i didn't have to restart my system either to make gta5 working again. try this one?

 

another thing that appears rarely is some memory problem where files get corrupted in any way, i don't know how this happens. but when i get some access violation blabla message you can try this also:

 

run command prompt AS ADMINISTRATOR and type:  sfc /scannow

 

it may take a few minutes but when it's finished once, close the window and try to start gta5 again. even if he writes that no problems were found my gta was working again without any starting issues at all.

Thank you for your time, i've tried anything. Nothing worked, Did re-install drivers etc. Checked for windows updates, i made sure Windows defender wasnt turned on etc. Weird thing is, before the update it worked flawless. After the update i did not play at all. Now i updated scripthookv & lspdfr. Now it's not working.

 

I tried a fresh install of GTA 5, without any mods. After launching, it goes to a black screen with a blue loading circle (Mouse) Like it always did, then it went back to my desk without any error code. Normally i help people out, now i am the one not finding a solution to my own problem. Lol 😉
