Lightbars on ELS not working

Everything in ELS works completely fine, except the lightbars dont light up. I have reinstalled openiv asi, els, lspdfr, multiple different carpacks, and virtually everything related to els/lspdfr. I have had this problem for days already, no one has found a solution. I have uploaded an example of the issue.1cdd9473502c14979e8c78ca9d7b38f2.jpg

    If your ELS lights randomly stop working, despite ELS loading perfectly in the asiloader.log, please do the following:

     

    1. Delete OpenIV.asi and asiloader in your Grand Theft Auto V folder.
    2. Restart your PC. (Not a shutdown, a restart)
    3. Once back up, reinstall OpenIV.asi and asiloader from OpenIV. (OpenIV -> Tools -> Asi Manager)

     Already have done that a few times before.  Also, I am in the RPH discord, the same guy who had this problem there.  Don't know if you remember, I have a different user.
